Alhaji M. B. Tukur – CHAIRMAN

 He Holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Management (1979) and has been into private business since graduation. He is a director of many companies including Kautal Hairu Company Limited and Lagoon Home Savings & Loans Limited.

Mr. Samaila Aleyideino – DIRECTOR

He holds a Diploma in Computer Science and is into private business. He joined the Board after the death of his father, Chief Edward Aleyideino (Rtd. Senior Civil Servant).

Alhaji Abdulrahaman Shuaibu – DIRECTOR

He represents Sa’ah Holdings Limited on the Board. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting (1987). He has been into private business since graduation. He is a Director of many other Companies representing Sa’ah Holdings Limited in Bulkship Nigeria Limited, Frenchies Nigeria Limited and OAN Shipping Nigeria Limited. He is also a Director in Adamawa Investment & Property Development Company Limited.

Yaro Alhaji-Jinjiri – DIRECTOR

Alhaji-Jinjiri has had over 23 years of Professional banking, Government and academic experience. He was an Accountant with Ministry of Finance, Borno State in 1983 before he joined the University of Maiduguri in 1984 as Lecturer, in the Department of Accounting and Finance to 1989. He began his Banking career with Savannah Bank as Operations/Credit Officer between 1989 and 1993. He was at Allied Bank as Deputy Manager, Credit at the Regional Office, Kano between 1993 and 1994. He joined Inland Bank in 1994 as Manager and grew to the position of Executive Director, Banking services in 2003. He left Inland Bank on 2005 to assume the position of MD/CEO at Amana Pension Managers Limited.

Kunle L Jinadu – DIRECTOR

Kunle L. Jinadu holds a Bsc. Degree in Accounting. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS).  

He has vast experience in Corporate Finance related transactions, namely: Mergers & Acquisitions, Leasing, Privatization, and Custodial banking services as well as Asset management. Most recently, he worked as Lead Financial Adviser to the National Council on Privatization with respect to the privatization/restructuring of Calabar Cement Company.

He was a General Manager in charge of Corporate Finance at Stanbic Bank Nigeria Limited up to May, 2003. He also worked on attachments in a number of countries including India, South Africa and Ghana.

Kunle Jinadu is currently a private consultant.

Yusufu A. Modibbo - MANAGING DIRECTOR

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture (1982), Masters in Banking and Finance (1988), and Masters in Business Management (1997). He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has had over 16 years of Banking experience and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager with Stanbic Bank Nig. Ltd. prior to joining the Company (Tiddo) in January 2001 as the Managing Director. He is also a Director of the Central Securities Clearing System Limited (a subsidiary of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) and a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He was also recently appointed to the Council of the Abuja Securities and Commodity Exchange.
