YUSUFU A. MODIBBO – MANAGING DIRECTOR

He holds a B. Sc degree in Agric (1982), Masters in Banking and Finance (1988), and Masters in Business Management (1997). He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has had over 16 years of Banking experience and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager with Stanbic Bank Nig. Ltd. Prior to joining the Company (Tiddo) in January 2001 as the Managing Director. He is also a Director of the Central Securities Clearing System Limited ( a subsidiary of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) and a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

MR. ADAMU S. A. – GROUP HEAD, IT / Admin

Mr. Adamu S. A. holds a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree from federal University of Technology, Minna; Niger State. He worked with the I.T/Operations department of Rims Securities Limited before joining Tiddo Securities Limited in January, 2002.

MR. ISAAC A. IORTSOR – GROUP HEAD, Operations

Mr. Iortsor hlods a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He is also a Chartered Stockbroker (ACS). Prior to joining Tiddo Securities Ltd. Mr. Iortsor worked in various organizations including First Bank of Nigeria Plc. (NYSC) and the Benue State Civil Service where he rose to the position of Chief Industrial Officer in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Co-operatives. He was at Benue Investment & Property Company Ltd from 1993 to 1997.

He later worked in various financial sector organizations including Fafinc Finance & Securities Ltd (Head, Capital Market Opeartions), Profund Securities Ltd (Head, Stockbroking & Portfolio Mgt) and BIC Securities Limited. He joined Tiddo Securities Ltd in March, 2004.

BRIGHT C. OSUAGWU – GROUP HEAD (REGISTRAR DEPARTMENT)

He holds B. Sc. (Hons) in Banking & Finance and postgraduate Dipolma in Banking. He had over 16 years experience in share registration at United Bank for Africa Plc. (Registrars Department) prior to joining Tiddo Securities in 2001.

MR. AGBO TERRY TERWASE – GROUP HEAD (NORTHERN AREA)

Mr. Agbo hlods a B. Sc and M. Sc. In Economics from the University of Jos. He is also an Associate, Certified Pension Institute. He has a vast experience of over 12 years in different sectors of the economy. These include working at Standard Trust Bank Ltd., as Business Manager to various Business offices, Diamond Bank Ltd., and the Advertising/Marketing industry. He joined Tiddo Securities Limited in January, 2003.

ZAINAB ABUBAKAR – GROUP HEAD, ABUJA (FCT)

Zainab Abubakar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Maiduguri. She is also an Associate, Certified Pension Institute. She joined Tiddo Securities Ltd in 2001. Zainab has vast knowledge and experience in the marketing of financial products.
